ICM RESPONSE TO THE BOSTON MARATHON BOMBINGS

The Islamic Center of Murfreesboro unconditionally condemns and repudiates in the strongest possible terms the act of terrorism that took place in Boston. We express our deepest sympathy and condolences to the families and friends of the victims of this senseless act of violence. Our heartfelt prayers go out to all those injured and for their speedy recovery. The killing of innocents can never be justified. We condemn in the strongest terms any and all acts of violence. We greatly appreciate the outstanding job of the first responders and law enforcement personnel and pray for all the victims.

We stand together with our fellow Americans and are ready to help during this difficult time. We ask our members to join local and national efforts to offer assistance and ease the suffering of our fellow citizens who have been affected by this tragedy.
