Community Camp @ Montgomery Bell Park

Who is in charge?

• Brother Asim Ali is in charge of this program.

What is this trip?

• This is a community camping weekend, it will include learning activities, games, fun, and much more, it will be designed for all ages enshallah.

When and Where will they take place?

• The trip will take place on July 23rd to Sunday July 25th, 2010 it is a three days camp.
• Montgomery Bell State Park: located on 1020 Jackson Hill Road | Burns, TN, 37029

Who much does it cost?

• All ages are welcome.
• No-one under 18 will be accepted without a guardian.
• Price is $20 per person (Children under 3 are free).
• Price includes:
  • Admission and cabin staying for three days and two nights.
  • Parking.
  • Two dinners and a breakfast.
  • The lunch will be taken as a group in a designated park area.
• The price does not include transportation or anything but what is listed above.

Rules, Regulations and other information:

• There is a limited capacity of 120 people for the cabins.
• We have rented Group 1 Camp. Pls. see online brochure for Park.
• Swimming is not allowed in Lake Woodhaven. But it is allowed and free of charge at the swimming area at Lake Acron.
• Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 12:00PM. We plan to leave on Friday after Jumma prayer and comeback on Sunday afternoon.
• The park doesn�t provide soap, dishwashing detergents, toilet tissues, paper towels and cleaning supplies.
• Camp fires are permitted only on the two existing pits located at the picnic shelter (1) & at the boat dock (1).
• All garbage must be kept in the BFI dumpster located in the parking area. Donot place garbage in the recycle cans.
• Kitchen utensils must be cleaned and put in their proper locations. Premises are to be left cleaned and in sanitary condition.
• When we have the total head counts calculated, the cabins allocation will be done and advised later to everyone.

How can you register?

Deadline for registration and payment is two days before the start unless we are booked prior to that,

1. We only have 120 seats, so first come first serve, once we are booked we will not be able to accommodate more people.
2. Registration fee MUST be paid in full before the deadline above.
3. You may register online by filling the form below then drop your payment at donation box at the center.
4. Online registration is preferred ad at www.icmtn.org. However, registrations will also be accepted by dropping the form and payment in the Masjid. Please make check payable to �Islamic Center Of Murfreesboro�.
5. Confirmation of your registration will be sent via e-mail within 2 weeks of receipt of your registration.
