Completed, all aspects of this phase are now done.

Scope:

After months of search and research and after looking into dozens of properties in our area, we located a property on Veals rd off Bradyville pike, and in November 2009, our offer to purchase the 15.02 acres of land on Veals Road was closed on, and the land became ours.

This is the first step in multi-stage endeavor process that may last up to several year based on our community's growth and the fundraising.

This land will hold:

1. Recreational and sports areas out doors including tracks, fields, pavilions and playground.

2. The Masjid (mosque)

3. Educational facilities

4. Multi-purpose facility.

5. A GYM.

6. The cemetery.

Finance:

The price was $320,000, and our community proudly raised that money in less than three months, over 95% of that money was raised LOCALLY in middle Tennessee area. Around $100 only came from none USA sources.
