Scope:

In this phase we intend to achieve the following:

• Full site work including: grading, water retention, landscape, and parking lot will be done.
• Full underground utilities and septic tank system.
• Full architectal and engineering work for the first phase of the building. The first phase of the building will include a multi use facility with the common use facilities. Size will be little over 10,000 square feet.
• Security: due to the unfortunate backlash  we have been facing by few members of the community to our right to build this center and the arson that occurred in August 2010, we have had to hire a security company to secure the site during the construction period.

Status:

Underway, site work started August 11th and should be concluded by November 15th.

Finance:

Total cost is estimated to be around $615,000 and it will include: Site work, landscape, parking, utilities, architect, and security.

The cost for this phase is now secured in the bank, thanks to the over 470 donors who contributed. More than 80% of the funds were raised locally from Middle Tennessee, and less than 0.25% from non US donors.
